B-prepared PIP10 @ Norrköping 2026

From 13.01.26 to 15.01.26 the 10th PIP (Project Increment Planning) meeting for the B-prepared project took place in Norrköping. We were hosted by Linköping University (LiU). Sean Klein was there on behalf of University of the Bundeswehr Munich.

We had a productive time, and could align on priorities for the next quarter, review progress across work packages, and agree on the key milestones and deliverables for the coming months. Beyond the planning sessions, the discussions were a great chance to strengthen collaboration across partners and sharpen our shared roadmap.

During the General Assembly we could solve outstanding issues and reflect on our progress.

Thanks to LiU for the excellent hosting—and to all partners for the constructive exchanges! It was nice to see everyone again!

Vom 13.01.26 bis 15.01.26 fand in Norrköping das 10. PIP-Meeting (Project Increment Planning) des B-prepared-Projekts statt. Gastgeber war die Linköping University (LiU). Sean Klein nahm im Namen der Universität der Bundeswehr München teil.

Wir hatten eine produktive Zeit und konnten die Prioritäten für das nächste Quartal abstimmen, den Fortschritt in den Arbeitspaketen überprüfen sowie die wichtigsten Meilensteine und Deliverables für die kommenden Monate festlegen. Über die Planungssessions hinaus waren die Gespräche eine gute Gelegenheit, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Partnern zu stärken und unsere gemeinsame Roadmap weiter zu schärfen.

Während der General Assembly konnten wir offene Themen lösen und unsere Fortschritte reflektieren.

Vielen Dank an die LiU für die hervorragende Organisation und an alle Partner für den konstruktiven Austausch! Es war schön, alle wiederzusehen!
